Mr Joensuu works at Midas Equities Oy as a Senior Advisor and is responsible for investor relations and marketing.

Mr Joensuu has been working in sales, marketing and business development in both product and service based businesses as well as in finance. He helps startups and growth companies with business development, investor relations and sales strategy.

Mr Joensuu's previous role was Fixed Income Sales at a Nordic investment advisory focusing on corporate bonds. He was part of the initial team to establish the business in Finland and brought in some of the biggest and most well known investors. His responsibilities focused on investor relations with both professional and non-professional clients. His clientele included institutions, family offices, investment companies and private individuals.

Mr Joensuu's years living in South Asia have given him a unique global perspective on life and business. He obtained his Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Management from Edith Cowan University in Perth, Australia.
