Jukka is a founding partner of Midas Equities Oy. Before his role at Midas Equities Oy, he worked as an independent advisor in corporate and financial arrangements and as a partner at European Capital Advisors Group Oy. Prior to that, he held expert and executive positions in Finnish and European technology companies.

Since the late 1990s, Jukka has served as an advisor in numerous mergers and acquisitions, financing arrangements, and IPO projects on the junior lists of the Frankfurt and London stock exchanges. In addition, he has worked as a management consultant and investor, particularly in technology companies and businesses focused on renewable energy.

Jukka holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Oulu.
