Veikka has extensive experience in capital markets, covering both listed and unlisted companies. He has worked for many years in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate development, and venture capital funding.

While based in London, Veikka gained experience collaborating with some of the world’s largest asset managers and institutional investors, focusing on Nordic investment opportunities during his tenure at EVLI Bank. His work included IPOs and other capital market transactions on the Helsinki Stock Exchange. He has also been involved in several successful real estate development projects in the Baltic region.

In the early 2000s, Veikka founded the fund management company Cumulant Capital and its equity fund, which later became part of the eQ Group. At the time, the fund was recognized as one of the best-performing equity funds in Europe. Veikka’s experience in telecom sector digitalization, deregulation, and related transactions dates back to the 1990s. He began his career at Finnfund, where he was responsible for direct investments in Southeast Asia in cooperation with internationally expanding Finnish industrial companies.

Veikka holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Aalto University School of Business and a CEFA (Certified European Financial Analyst) qualification from Hanken School of Economics.
