Jukka is a founding partner of Midas Equities Oy and an experienced advisor in corporate finance and strategic transactions. Before establishing Midas Equities, he worked as an independent advisor on corporate and financial arrangements and served as a partner at European Capital Advisors Group Oy. Earlier in his career, he held expert and executive roles in Finnish and European technology companies.

Since the late 1990s, Jukka has advised on a wide range of M&A transactions, financing arrangements, and IPO projects on the junior markets of the Frankfurt and London stock exchanges. He has also worked as a management consultant and angel investor, with a focus on technology businesses and companies in the renewable energy sector.

Jukka holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Oulu.
